Copeland Resolves Crowdstrike Update Issues

St. Louis, Missouri (July 19, 2024) – Like countless companies across the globe, Copeland is impacted by the global IT outage event caused by a defect in a software update transmitted by a third-party provider, Crowdstrike. While this issue caused disruption to some of our manufacturing operations and customer engagement tools, there is no impact to product quality or the safety of our colleagues.  

Minimizing potential impact to customers is our number one priority.  Most of our manufacturing operations are already fully operational and we expect the remainder to be fully restored within 24 hours.
